By purchasing from Inner Nurture you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
Please read all product listings carefully - measurements and descriptions are included for every item. As crystals are natural stones, each one is beautifully unique and may vary in shape, colour, size, and characteristics including natural markings, pits, and fissures. Crystals may vary slightly from images provided, which are a general representation of quality, colour, and sizing.
Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or natural crystal variation. All sales are final.
Damaged Items
We take great care inspecting and packing every order so your crystals arrive safely. In the rare event your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@innernurture.com.au with your name, order number, and photos of the damage - we'll do our best to make it right.
Please note this does not apply to natural crystal variations as described above.
To process a return, you'll be asked to send the item back via trackable shipping. Once received and inspected we'll arrange a replacement of the same or similar product, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit - whatever works best for you.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process any refund.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally an item may sell out before its listing is updated. If this affects your order, we'll contact you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
