Shipping & Delivery
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We ship Australia wide & offer FREE Standard Shipping On Orders Over $100
For orders under $100 we offer flat rate shipping:
- Standard Shipping: $8.95 (2-9 business days from dispatch)
- Express Shipping: $11.95 (1-4 business days from dispatch)
- 'Signature On Delivery' optional add-on is $2.95*
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing in addition to delivery times. In saying that, we do our very best to get your order packed & dispatched as quick as possible, usually within 24hrs on weekdays.
All orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (AWST), orders placed over the weekend will be packed from Monday onwards, thanks for your understanding.
Are Orders Sent Via Courier Or Australia Post?
All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post as soon as your parcel has been lodged. We are also happy to ship to PO Boxes.
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched from our Perth studio. We do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible, so quite often it will be processed within 24 hours*.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, please find estimated delivery times below**:
- Standard Shipping: 2-9 Business Days from dispatch
- Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days from dispatch
*Delivery times are in addition to 1-3 days order processing time. During busy periods such as major promotions, Christmas etc. our processing time may increase by 1-2 days. Orders placed on weekends and WA public holidays will be processed the following business day.
**Delivery times above are an estimate only and are completely dependent on Australia Post, please allow extra time for remote/regional areas. We offer a wide range of payment options - Paypal, Credit Card, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Afterpay (buy now, pay later).
Where Are You Based? Do You Have A Physical Store I Can Visit?
Inner Nurture is based entirely online, with our crystal studio based in Perth, Western Australia. While we do not have a physical store you can visit, we do ship Australia wide!

Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is currently available within Australia only.

How Do I Choose Which Crystal Is Right For Me?
Allow your intuition to guide you and the crystal will choose you! There is no wrong choice, the crystals that you are meant to connect with will be the ones that you are drawn to - perhaps a colour or feature stands out to you or you just have this feeling that you need that crystal!
Any crystal that is not a single listing (i.e the product description will say if the image shown is the exact crystal you will receive or if it is a general listing) will be intuitively chosen for you by us! Every item is also cleansed with Reiki and/or sage before being sent with love to its new home.

What Does It Mean When A Crystal Is 'Intuitively Selected' For Me?
We offer a range of stones that are of similar size/shape & quality and have been grouped together in a single listing. This includes lovely crystal tumbles, palm stones, raw stones, jewellery & more (click here to shop the collection >).
When adding to your cart, you get to choose what crystal type & size you would like (i.e. Amazonite tumble stone - size Medium 2-3cm). When we are packing up your order, we will select the exact crystal for you from within that size range. This is a beautiful way to receive the crystal that you need, as when selecting intuitively, we tune in and select the stone that really feels meant for you.
You can also shop our lovely collection of unique crystal specimens - perfect if you want to select the exact crystal that calls to you. We offer a wide range of clusters, geodes, towers and raw stones to choose from.
Why Does My Crystal Have Inclusions & Can I Replace My Stone If It Doesn't Look Perfect?
As crystals are natural creations from our beautiful Earth, they have their own unique imperfections, shape, sizing & colouring. The images in each listing are provided to give you a general idea of the quality & sizing we offer. Colour may vary slightly from photographs provided, which are taken under ideal lighting to bring out the beauty of these crystals.
These inclusions make your crystal unique to you, which is a beautiful thing! If you are looking for a perfect stone, then a synthetic crystal may be more suitable for you i.e. composite stones, goldstone, manufactured opalite. We do not offer man-made stones in our store.

We are not able to offer refunds or returns/replacement due to natural characteristics of the crystals.
Does Each Crystal Come With A Crystal Meaning Card?
Yes absolutely, we provide a little crystal card that explains the meaning/energy of each crystal. This will help you get to know your crystals and their energetic properties.
Please note: crystal meaning cards are provided for each crystal type (for example if you order 5 Rose Quartz tumbles, they will be packed with 1 Rose Quartz crystal meaning card). This is to save on paper & do our bit for the environment. If you need more crystal cards of each type for presents etc. please let us know in the order notes or send us an email at the time of ordering & we would be happy to include more in your order for you. We will not be able to send out extra cards via post once your order has been shipped unfortunately.
How Do I Care For & Cleanse My Crystals?
Regularly cleansing and charging your crystals allows them to maintain a high vibration and continue to bring healing and support into your life!

Can I Send My Order As A Gift?
Absolutely! We try to pack all orders as beautifully as possible with our lovely eco-friendly packaging, so everyone who places an order with us feels like they are opening a gift!
If you would like to include a short note for your loved one, please let us know during checkout (in the 'Gift Note' section) and we will write it for you and pop it in with the order. We no longer include printed invoices when packing to minimise our environmental impact, and our crystals and products do not have pricing labels on them so you don't need to worry.

All of our crystals have been consciously sourced with great care, in line with our high ethical standards. We are passionate about working with small, family-owned businesses that align with our fair trade principles and share our passion for sustainable practices & minimising our collective environmental impact. We also offer a selection of high quality, completely natural products. This includes soy aromatherapy candles, smudge sticks, pure essential oils and more. Our focus is on aligning with small, local Australian businesses who also feel passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing and creating beautiful, all natural products to bring healing and nurturing into your life.
Is Your Packaging Eco-Friendly?
Yes, we are passionate about using eco-friendly packaging - no plastic bubble wrap here!
Our main staples are:

What Is Your Returns/Refund Policy?

CHANGE OF MIND
Please read all listings carefully, the measurements of all crystals and products are included in the product descriptions. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on crystal characteristics or change of mind. Due to the limited availability and rarity of most crystals, all sales will be final.
As crystals are natural stones, each one is unique and may vary in shape, colour, size and characteristics (including natural markings, pits, fissures etc.). Crystals may vary from the images provided, which are there to provide a general representation of the quality, colour and sizing we offer. Every stone is special and unique, with its own beautiful colour and characteristics.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We want to ensure you are happy with your order & your crystals! We take the utmost care to carefully inspect and pack your items so they get to you safely. In the rare event that your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@innernurture.com.au so that we can rectify the situation. Please include your name, order number and pictures of the damaged items and we will do our best to make things right (note this does not apply to unique crystal variations as above).
You will be required to return the item, via a trackable shipping method, and upon receiving and inspecting the item we will process your return. We will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. If you would prefer, we can also issue a refund or store credit so you can purchase something that calls to you.
For refunds, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.

Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, certain items may be out of stock and the corresponding product page may not have been updated. You will be notified via email and you will have the option of a refund or waiting for your item to be re-stocked and sent out to you.
