**Express Post is not available for pure essential oils as they are classed as flammable and cannot be transported via air. Standard shipping will be the default option at checkout. Note that essential oil rollers can be sent express.

+ Are Orders Sent Via Courier Or Australia Post?

All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post as soon as your parcel has been lodged. We are also happy to ship to PO Boxes.

We offer a wide range of payment options to suit you - Paypal, Credit Card, Amex, Shop Pay, Afterpay (buy now pay later), Google Pay & Apple Pay.


+ How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched from our Perth studio. We do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible, so quite often it will be processed within 24 hours*.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, please find estimated delivery times below**:

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days

- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

*Delivery times are in addition to 1-3 days order processing time. During busy periods such as major promotions, Christmas etc. our processing time may increase by 1-2 days. Orders placed on weekends and WA public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We are currently shipping Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is currently available within Australia only.

Yes, our online store is OPEN for business and delivery is available Australia wide!

Please be aware that due to COVID-19, Australia Post is currently experiencing a very high volume of parcels and there may be shipping delays out of our control. To help protect the health of your family and our delivery partners, signatures for home delivery will not be required.

+ Where Are You Based? Do You Have A Store I Can Visit?

Inner Nurture is based entirely online, with our crystal studio based in Perth, Western Australia. While we do not have a physical store you can visit, we do ship Australia wide!

+ How Do I Choose Which Crystal Is Right For Me?

Allow your intuition to guide you and the crystal will choose you! There is no wrong choice, the crystals that you are meant to connect with will be the ones that you are drawn to - perhaps a colour or feature stands out to you or you just have this feeling that you need that crystal!

Any crystal that is not a single listing (i.e the product description will say if the image shown is the exact crystal you will receive or if it is a general listing) will be intuitively chosen for you by us! Every item is also cleansed with Reiki and/or sage before being sent with love to its new home.


+ Does Each Crystal Come With A Crystal Meaning Card?

Yes absolutely, we provide a little crystal card that explains the meaning/energy of each crystal. This will help you get to know your crystals and their energetic properties.

Ethical sourcing, as well as fair trade, is very important to us. We take great care to ensure that our crystals and products are ethically sourced and that our suppliers align with our fair trade principles.

We offer beautiful raw and polished crystals from around the world. Our crystals come from small, family-owned businesses that care about sustainable practices and minimising our collective environmental impact.

We also offer a selection of high quality, completely natural products. This includes soy aromatherapy candles, smudge sticks, pure essential oils and more. Our focus is on aligning with small, local Australian businesses who also feel passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing and creating beautiful, all natural products to bring healing and nurturing into your life.

Yes, we are passionate about using eco-friendly packaging - no plastic bubble wrap here! 

Our main staples are:

GreenWrap to protect fragile items (biodegradable paper wrap)
Recycled tissue paper
Hand-stamped organic cotton bags
Recycled mailing boxes

+ Can I Send My Order As A Gift?

Absolutely! We try to pack all orders as beautifully as possible with our lovely eco-friendly packaging, so everyone who places an order with us feels like they are opening a gift!

If you would like to include a short note for your loved one, please let us know during checkout and we will write it for you and pop it in with the order. We no longer include printed invoices when packing to minimise our environmental impact, and our crystals and products do not have pricing labels on them so you don't need to worry.

We also offer Gift Cards - for our online store and for Distance Reiki Healing!


+ Do You Offer Wholesale?

Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale at this time.


+ What Is Your Returns/Refund Policy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on crystal characteristics (please read below) or change of mind.

All crystals and products are carefully inspected prior to being packed for shipping. We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives safely to you, however once your order leaves our studio, Inner Nurture is not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit/shipping. Please contact Australia Post or the appropriate shipping carrier to file a claim if you have received your order damaged. It is important to take any photos as evidence and keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (note: this does not apply to unique crystal characteristics – see below) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us within 7 days at and include your name, product purchased and reason for the return. Further information such as pictures may also be required. You will be asked to return the item - you will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Each Crystal Is Unique:

Please be aware that each crystal is one of a kind and therefore each piece will have unique variations in shape, colour, size and characteristics (including natural markings, fissures). These are natural stones and can vary from the images provided, which are there to provide a general representation of the quality, colour and sizing we offer. Each crystal will have its own beautiful markings, characteristics and pits. We cannot accept exchanges or returns based on these characteristics.
