Session Information

Each session is unique to you and depends on what you need on the day, Danielle works with a gentle, yet powerful combination of Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Intuitive Healing, Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing (balancing & aligning the main energy centres in the body), bringing you into a deep state of relaxation while the healing energy works to release blockages from every level - physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

After the healing, you will receive a follow-up session summary (pdf). This will include a summary of your chakras, an image of your personalised crystal grid, as well as any intuitive information that came through during the session. Sessions are open to all.

Owner of Inner Nurture, Reiki Master, Intuitive Healer & lifelong crystal lover.

I’m so glad you’re here! Crystals and Energy Healing have been such an important part of my own journey - helping me find calm, clarity, and connection when life felt overwhelming. Inner Nurture grew from that love of healing and personal growth, and the gentle magic of crystals. My heart is in sharing these tools with you.

30 Minute Distance Reiki & Intuitive Healing - $75 AUD

Perfect if you receive energy healing regularly, and are in need of a short clearing & re-balance. Also a great option if you are wanting to give Reiki a try.
45 Minute Distance Reiki & Intuitive Healing - $110 AUD

This is the session for you, if you are feeling stressed, out of balance, unmotivated and need to release heavy energy. Balance your energy and chakras, let go of stress & connect within.

1 Hour Distance Reiki & Intuitive Healing - $140 AUD

This session is recommended if you have been feeling out of balance, emotional, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Receive a full body energy healing & chakra balance. We will work on gently releasing energetic blockages, letting go of stress & overwhelm, releasing limiting beliefs & bringing your energy back into alignment.
1.5 Hour Distance Reiki & Intuitive Healing - $195 AUD

This longer session is recommended if you have been struggling with long-term issues and are having a hard time releasing stress, anxiety, heavy emotions, overwhelm or grief. Receive a full body energy healing, balance your chakras & release energetic blockages. This session will allow more time to work on gently releasing deeper blockages, increasing inner calm, balance & strength.

Sessions are held completely via distance (no phone/video call), this will allow you to find space to completely relax & soak up the energy in the comfort of your own home for the duration of your session. After your healing, you will receive your session summary (pdf) via email. This will include a summary of your chakras, an image of your personalised crystal grid as well as any intuitive information that came through during the session.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful Japanese Energy Healing technique, which translates to ‘Universal/Life Force Energy'.

This energy has been given many names by cultures throughout history, including 'Chi/Qi' in China and 'Prana' in Hindu. Each culture has recognised that by connecting to this Universal Energy, we can enhance our body's own natural healing ability, and therefore increase emotional wellbeing, promote physical health, improve mental clarity and reduce stress.

Reiki & Energy Healing are amazing for emotional balance, releasing stress & anxiety, healing past hurts and strengthening your intuition. A gentle, yet powerful way to holistically bring your body, mind and spirit back into balance.

 
Are All Of Your Reiki Sessions Conducted Via Distance (Remotely)?

Yes, currently all of my Reiki & Intuitive Healing Sessions are conducted via distance.

Which Session Is Best For Me (1hr or 1.5hr)?

It is important to choose the session that feels right to you, try to listen to your intuition as to what you need. As a guide, the longer session is recommended if this is your first Reiki Healing or if you are feeling very stressed or out of balance. A longer session will always provide deeper healing and more chakra balancing, but you may feel you need to be gentle with yourself if you are dealing with a lot – in this case the 1 hour session may be more appropriate for you.

Reiki will always work for you highest good, just ask yourself which session would be the best option for you right now.
Do You Offer Session Packages & Gift Vouchers For Reiki Sessions?

Recommendations On How To Prepare For My Session?

Once you have booked your session, you will receive a confirmation email that will include tips on how to get the most out of your session, as well as your appointment info (date & time). 

Please note that as I will start meditating prior to your session, you will not be contacted by me at the beginning of the healing (i.e. you will not receive a call or email), but I will make an energetic connection with you that will last the duration of your session.

At your session time, you can choose to go about your day as normal, however to experience the full effect I do recommend making a note of your appointment time and settling down in a quiet, comfortable space for the duration of your session. Please find some additional recommendations to get the most from your session below:

  • Wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Finding a quiet, comfortable space in your home to lie down and relax for the duration of the session.
  • Adding in any nourishing extras to create a beautiful healing space i.e. essential oils, eye pillow, relaxation/meditation music (links to a few free YouTube meditation tracks are provided as a suggestion).
  • Holding the intention of being open to the Reiki & healing energy (we all have a choice of what energy we receive so this is important).
  • You can either set an alarm so that you know when the session has ended (ensure its not too loud or startling), or choose to stay in the energy for as long as your intuition guides you.
  • There is nothing else you need to do during your session, you can even sleep during your healing - this will not impact the session as it is energetic.

 
Are Sessions Held Via Phone Call or Video Chat?

Please note that sessions are held completely via distance, and are not held over video (zoom/skype) or phone call. This is so that I can go deeper in the healing & you will be able to find a comfortable place to lie down and just be, soaking up all the healing energy without having to worry about technology. 

I will also begin meditating prior to your session, so you will not be contacted by me at the beginning of the healing (i.e. you will not receive a msg or email), but I will make an energetic connection with you that will last the duration of your session.
What Happens During The Healing Session?

I will begin meditating prior to your appointment time, and will make an energetic connection with you that will last the duration of your healing session.

During your session, I am channelling the highest frequencies of Reiki & Healing Energy to you, assisting your body & energy to release blockages, stress and deeper layers of longer-held issues.

I work with a variety of different healing energies and techniques in each session, allowing for very deep and powerful sessions. Each session is individual to you and changes each time depending on what you need on the day; the healing energy is always working for your highest good.

My sessions incorporate Intuitive Energy Healing (including natural empathic abilities), traditional Usui Reiki Healing, Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Healing (a crystal grid will be laid out for you) & Chakra Balancing. Each session works to bring you into a deep state of relaxation while the healing energy works to release blockages from every level - physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

After your healing, you will receive a session summary (PDF) via email. This will include a summary of your chakras, an image of your personalised crystal grid as well as any intuitive information that came through during the session.

 
Can I Request A Specific Healing Intention For My Session?

For your healing session, we can certainly focus on a specific intention/issue, I can hold this as a healing intention during the session and ask that we work to gently release this as you are ready, sending energy directly to any issue you wish to work on.

In saying this, I also allow the healing energy to flow as needed, as this Universal Energy is always working for your highest good, I trust that the healing will go to where it is most needed within you, to things we may not even be consciously aware of. I have found that people are usually pretty intuitive about what they are ready to heal though, and your healing intention is usually where the healing energy wishes to go first as well.

What Does Energy Healing Feel Like? 

Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing is gentle, yet powerful, calming your energy and allowing you to enter a relaxed state as stress and blockages are being released.

Each person's experience with the energy is different, and sensations will also vary according to what chakras might be blocked, or where the flow of energy has been stagnating. During your session you may feel a variety of sensations as energy is being shifted - these include vibrations, pulsing, heat/coldness etc. If you are quite sensitive to energy you may also feel the clearing of heavy emotions and blockages - it can feel like they become slightly stronger as they come to the surface before being released.

Just as we are all unique, each session is different for each person. While some may fall into a meditative state, see colours and visions, another may feel their intuition opening and strengthening, feel deeply relaxed and more connected to themselves.

Your experience with the energy may be strong or very subtle, whatever you experience is perfect for YOU in the moment, trust that the Reiki & healing energy is working for your highest good.

 
What Is A Reiki Master?

The Reiki levels are a pathway of spiritual and personal development, with Reiki Master (Level III) being the highest level of dedication along this path. As a Reiki Master, I choose to live my life from a place of love and intuition, with an openness and willingness to always continue learning and growing! A strong foundation of meditation and regular self-healing allows me to be the clearest channel I can be, which is essential for work as an Reiki Healer.
How Often Should I Receive Reiki?

To maintain balance, overall wellbeing and keep your energy flowing well, I highly recommend monthly sessions for stress relief, emotional balance, inner strength and chakra balancing. If you are suffering from chronic or long-term issues, you may want to invest in more regular sessions (ideally weekly, but fortnightly is also an option).
Is Reiki Suitable For Children?

Yes absolutely, Reiki is pure love/life force energy and is very gentle. I would recommend the shorter session - as children are much more open to the energy, but this depends on each child and what they are going through. For ongoing issues, I would recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions.
What Types Of Payments Are Accepted?

All Distance Reiki Sessions require pre-payment during booking. After you select your preferred session date & time, you will be able to pay via card or Paypal. Taxes are included in the session pricing listed.
