Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia wide and do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours on weekdays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (2–9 business days from dispatch)
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 (1–4 business days from dispatch)
  • Signature on Delivery: $2.95 optional add-on at checkout

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing in addition to delivery times. Orders placed on weekends will be processed from Monday onwards.

Signature on Delivery Select this at checkout to require a signature upon delivery. Without it, you're granting Australia Post authority to leave your parcel in a safe place. If no safe place is available, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Track your order anytime via the Australia Post website.


Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Shipping is available within Australia only - we do not currently offer international shipping
  • Free shipping applies to single orders only - all items must be in the same order to qualify
  • Delivery times are guidelines only and are subject to Australia Post delays, particularly during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day) and in remote/regional areas
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout - we cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a refund for products only (shipping costs will not be refunded) or incur a re-delivery charge
  • Inner Nurture bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel goes missing, please contact us at info@innernurture.com.au and we'll do everything we can to help. You can also track your order directly via Australia Post
  • If you did not select Signature on Delivery and your parcel goes missing after delivery confirmation, please contact Australia Post directly and consider lodging a report with your local police station if theft is suspected

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Please read all product listings carefully - measurements and descriptions are included for every item. As crystals are natural stones, each one is unique and may vary in shape, colour, size, and characteristics. Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or natural crystal variation. All sales are final.

Damaged Items We take great care packing every order. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@innernurture.com.au with your name, order number, and photos of the damage. We'll make it right - replacement, refund, or store credit, whatever works best for you. Items must be returned via trackable shipping for a refund to be processed.

Out of Stock Items Occasionally an item may sell out before the listing is updated. If this happens, we'll contact you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Wholesale We don't offer wholesale at this time.
