Christmas Shipping Dates 2021
If you are purchasing a Christmas Gift, Australia Post has advised the following dates to ensure you receive your orders in time. The dates below allow enough time for us to process your order as well.
Standard Shipping: Order by 7th December 2021
Express Shipping: Order by 13th December 2021
If you want to write a Christmas gift note, just include the note when checking out & we can write it on our special Christmas gift cards for you, no charge!

*Delivery times are in addition to 1-3 days order processing time. During busy periods such as major promotions, Christmas etc. our processing time may increase by 1-2 days. Orders placed on weekends and WA public holidays will be processed the following business day. Delivery times above are an estimate only and are completely dependant on Australia Post, please allow extra time for remote/regional areas. **Express Post is not available for pure essential oils as they are classed as flammable and cannot be transported via air. Standard shipping will be the default option at checkout. Note that essential oil rollers can be sent express.
Our online store is OPEN for business and delivery is available Australia wide!
Please be aware that due to COVID-19, Australia Post is currently experiencing a very high volume of parcels and there may be shipping delays out of our control. To help protect the health of your family and our delivery partners, signatures for home delivery will not be required. Our team is diligently following health and safety procedures when packing your order, this includes upholding general hygiene practices and frequently cleaning surfaces. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, which can be used to track your order with Australia Post.
You can also track your order using your order number or tracking number on our website at this link: https://innernurture.aftership.com/
You will receive shipping notifications when your order reaches certain checkpoints, for example: 'in transit', 'out for delivery' and 'delivered'.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel there is no safe place to leave the parcel, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

Shipping is only available within Australia, International Shipping is not currently available.
Postage costs are for single order only, all items must be in the same order to qualify for free shipping.
The shipping times above are a guideline only and subject to change. Longer delays are out of our control and may occur during peak periods or unforeseeable issues such as weather events. Please ensure you submit the correct address when ordering, we cannot be held liable if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, you will receive a refund for the products only (shipping costs will not be refunded) or the order will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made where an incorrect address has been supplied.
Inner Nurture bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, please contact us asap if your package has been lost during shipping (in case your parcel has been delayed not lost, please first click here to track your parcel on the Australia Post website - enter the tracking number provided with your order shipment email).
Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, certain items may be out of stock and the corresponding product page may not have been updated. You will be notified via email and you will have the option of a refund or waiting for your item to be re-stocked and sent out to you.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on crystal characteristics (please read below) or change of mind.
All crystals and products are carefully inspected prior to being packed for shipping. We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives safely to you, however once your order leaves our studio, Inner Nurture is not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit/shipping. Please contact Australia Post or the appropriate shipping carrier to file a claim if you have received your order damaged. It is important to take any photos as evidence and keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (note: this does not apply to unique crystal characteristics – see below) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us within 7 days at email@example.com and include your name, product purchased and reason for the return. Further information such as pictures may also be required. You will be asked to return the item - you will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Each Crystal Is Unique:
Please be aware that each crystal is one of a kind and therefore each piece will have unique variations in shape, colour, size and characteristics (including natural markings, fissures). These are natural stones and can vary from the images provided, which are there to provide a general representation of the quality, colour and sizing we offer. Each crystal will have its own beautiful markings, characteristics and pits. We cannot accept exchanges or returns based on these characteristics.
Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale at this time.
