Crystals found me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. At a time when I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and searching for something I couldn't quite name - they helped me find my way back to myself. The calm, the clarity, the quiet sense of coming home. That experience changed everything.
Inner Nurture grew from that journey. From a deep love of crystals, energy healing, and the belief that everyone deserves access to tools that support their wellbeing - gently, naturally, and without judgment.
As a Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer, I've had the honour of supporting hundreds of people through their own journeys - moments of shift, healing, and reconnection that I never take for granted. Every session I offer is guided with care, intention, and a deep respect for your unique energy.
Every crystal in our collection is hand-selected by me personally - chosen for its energy, quality, and beauty - then infused with Reiki before finding its way to you.
