Inner Nurture combines my passion for Energy Healing & crystals, having experienced a huge amount of personal healing and growth on my journey so far with the help of crystals & Reiki. It is my hope to share these with you, so you can reclaim your own inner strength, self-love and balance.

Alongside the online crystal store, I am grateful to be able to work with clients Australia wide (& worldwide) through my Distance Reiki & Intuitive Healing sessions. This means you can receive a healing session from the comfort of home, no matter where you live.

Each session incorporates a beautiful, gentle but powerful combination of Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing.

Energy Healing is an amazing way to balance mind, body & spirit, and increase overall wellbeing. I love watching my clients come back to themselves with self-love and increased calm and inner connection.
