Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using this website, purchasing from our store, or booking any service with Inner Nurture, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

This website is operated by Inner Nurture. Throughout this document "we", "us" and "our" refer to Inner Nurture. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.
Online Store Terms
By using this site you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, and not to transmit any harmful code or viruses. Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell or exploit any part of our service without express written permission
- Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer
Order Packing & Shipping
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post. Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (AWST). Orders placed on weekends or WA public holidays will be processed the following business day.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). International shipping is not currently available. Free shipping applies to single orders only — all items must be in the same order to qualify.
Delivery times are guidelines only and are subject to Australia Post delays, particularly in remote/regional areas and during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day). Processing time of 1-3 business days applies in addition to delivery times.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a refund for products only (shipping costs will not be refunded), or the order will incur a re-delivery charge.
Signature on Delivery ($2.95) can be selected at checkout, requiring a signature upon delivery. Without it, you are granting Australia Post authority to leave your parcel in a safe place. If no safe place is available, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office.
Inner Nurture bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel goes missing, please contact us at info@innernurture.com.au and we'll do everything we can to help. If your parcel goes missing after delivery confirmation and you did not select Signature on Delivery, please contact Australia Post directly and consider lodging a police report if theft is suspected.
Refunds & Returns
Change of Mind Please read all product listings carefully - measurements and descriptions are included for every item. As crystals are natural stones, each one is unique and may vary in shape, colour, size, and characteristics including natural markings, pits, and fissures. Crystals may vary slightly from images provided. Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or natural crystal variation. All sales are final.
Damaged Items In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@innernurture.com.au with your name, order number, and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, refund to your original payment method, or store credit - whatever works best for you. Items must be returned via trackable shipping. Please note this does not apply to natural crystal variations as described above.
Out of Stock Items Occasionally an item may sell out before its listing is updated. If this affects your order, we'll contact you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All information about the properties of crystals and products provided on this website is metaphysical in nature and for reference only. Crystals are collectibles and for entertainment and decorative purposes only - they are not a replacement for medical care from licensed health, medical, or mental health professionals.
Inner Nurture does not claim that crystals can cure or heal medical, physiological, or psychological conditions. We recommend seeking immediate advice from a licensed medical professional when needed.
All visitors, customers, and clients assume personal responsibility for their own use of crystals and energy practices. We expressly advise against creating tinctures or infusing water with crystals for consumption. Our crystals are not sold for this purpose.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or cancel orders if information is found to be inaccurate, without prior notice.

Reiki Session Terms
Booking Sessions can be booked online or by emailing dani@innernurture.com.au. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A reminder email will be sent approximately 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact dani@innernurture.com.au.
Cancellation fees apply for less than 24 hours notice:
- 1st late cancellation - No charge
- 2nd late cancellation - $40 fee
- 3rd late cancellation - Full appointment fee
- 4th late cancellation - Unfortunately no further bookings will be accepted
If you have a card saved on file, you have consented to applicable cancellation fees being charged.
Refunds A full refund will be provided if Inner Nurture cancels a session. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, a full refund will be issued. Less than 24 hours notice will incur the applicable cancellation fee. No refunds are available after a session has been provided.
Late Arrival & Missed Sessions All sessions are conducted remotely via distance. Sessions will proceed at the scheduled time regardless of whether you are actively participating. No refund or rescheduling is available for forgotten or missed sessions - the healing will still have taken place.
Reiki Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire. A digital/printable voucher and booking code will be emailed to you upon purchase. Vouchers are valid for Reiki sessions only and cannot be used in the crystal shop.

By booking a session with Inner Nurture you agree to the following:
Reiki and Energy Healing can aid in relaxation and stress reduction. Reiki Healers do not diagnose conditions or interfere with treatment from licensed medical professionals. We recommend seeking immediate medical or psychological care when necessary. Reiki is a complementary therapy that works well alongside conventional medicine.
Any feedback offered by the practitioner is advice only and does not come with guarantees of success or effectiveness. You take full responsibility for communicating any discomfort during a session, and you indemnify Inner Nurture and the practitioner against any adverse reactions.

Pet Reiki Disclaimer & Client Consent
By booking a Pet Reiki session you agree to the following:
All Pet Reiki sessions are conducted remotely via distance. Reiki does not substitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We recommend seeking veterinary care and advice from a trained animal behavioural specialist when necessary.
Any feedback offered is advice only and does not come with guarantees. You indemnify Inner Nurture and the practitioner against any adverse reactions sustained as a result of your pet's session.
