As a Reiki Healer and empath myself, I developed this seven minute meditation from the techniques that have worked best for me - grounding, clearing, protecting and restoring your energy so you can move through your day feeling like yourself again.
Your 7-Minute Energy Clearing Meditation
Find somewhere quiet to sit - outside with your feet on the earth if you can, as this will amplify the grounding effect significantly. But wherever you are is perfect.
Press play and allow yourself seven minutes of genuine rest and renewal.
Who This Meditation is For
This practice is particularly beneficial if you:

- Often feel drained after being around other people
- Work in a caring profession - healthcare, teaching, counselling, healing

You don't need to identify as an empath to benefit - this meditation is wonderful for anyone who wants to feel clearer, calmer and more grounded in their daily life.
How Often to Practice
Daily is ideal - even just once a day creates a cumulative effect over time. Think of it like a shower for your energy field. The more consistently you practice, the more quickly you'll be able to clear and reset your energy whenever you need to.
Morning is a wonderful time - starting the day with a clear, grounded energy field sets the tone for everything that follows. Evening works beautifully too, clearing the accumulated energy of the day before you sleep.
If you work in a healing or caring profession, practicing before and after sessions is particularly valuable.
