How to Use:
Light the tip over a flame or candle until it catches, then gently blow it out so the stick begins to smoulder and release smoke. Move the smoke throughout your space or around your body with your chosen intention. Always supervise while burning and never leave unattended. To extinguish, press the lit end into a fireproof container filled with sand and ensure it has completely stopped smouldering before leaving it.
