EFT or ‘Tapping’ is a great technique that helps to clear and balance the meridians - the energy pathways in the body. This technique is very effective for releasing stress and clearing old beliefs and behavioural patterns by gently tapping on specific acupressure points and focusing on what it is you would like to clear.
