Christmas Shipping Dates 2024

We recommend sending your Christmas gifts to loved ones as early as possible, with Express Shipping being the best option. Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing delays due to this busy season.

For delivery by Christmas Day, the following order by dates have been advised (order packing/processing has already been taken into account):

Place Your Order By*:

  • For Standard Shipping - Monday 16th December
  • For Express Shipping - Thursday 19th December

*for metro locations only (if you’re outside a metro area or in NT, we recommend ordering even earlier).

Christmas Gift Notes:

On the cart page, you will find a Gift Notes section. Here you can write a brief gift note & we will hand write this and include it in the package for you FREE of charge. For Christmas themed notes, we will use our special Christmas gift cards! Please note: gift notes are not applied to e-gift vouchers (as these are automatically emailed to you).

General Shipping Information

We ship Australia wide & offer FREE Standard Shipping On Orders Over $100

For orders under $100 we offer flat rate shipping: 

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95 (2-9 business days from dispatch)
  • Express Shipping: $11.95 (1-4 business days from dispatch)
  • 'Signature On Delivery' optional add-on is $2.95*

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing in addition to delivery times. In saying that, we do our very best to get your order packed & dispatched as quick as possible, usually within 24hrs on weekdays. 

All orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (AWST), orders placed over the weekend will be packed from Monday onwards, thanks for your understanding.

*'Signature On Delivery' can be selected during checkout - this will require the Australia Post delivery driver to obtain a signature to confirm delivery at your home. If no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office. By not selecting the signature option, you are giving Australia Post 'Authority To Leave' and your parcel will be left in a safe place on your premises at the delivery drivers' discretion (if there isn't one, it will be taken to your nearest post office).

 

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping is available within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Postage costs are for single order only, all items must be in the same order to qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times are in addition to 1-3 business days order processing time. Orders placed on weekends and WA public holidays will be processed the following business day.

During busy periods such as major promotions, Christmas etc. our processing time may increase by 1-2 days. The shipping times above are a guideline only and are completely dependent on Australia Post, please allow extra time for remote/regional areas and note that longer delays out of our control may occur during peak periods (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day) or unforeseeable issues such as weather events.

Please ensure you submit the correct address when ordering, we cannot be held liable if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, you will receive a refund for the products only (shipping costs will not be refunded) or the order will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made where an incorrect address has been supplied. If the order that is returned to us was eligible for free shipping, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from the refund offered.

Inner Nurture bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, please contact us asap if your package has been lost during shipping (in case your parcel has been delayed not lost, please first click here to track your parcel on the Australia Post website - enter the tracking number provided with your order shipment email). We will do everything we can to assist you while your parcel is on its way to you!

If you have chosen not to add 'signature on delivery' and your parcel goes missing after delivery, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to lodge a missing parcel enquiry. If you believe your parcel was stolen, it is also advisable to lodge a report with your local police station.

    

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email notification, this will also include a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you. You can track your order with Australia Post here > 

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel there is no safe place to leave the parcel, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for collection. You will be notified of this via the AusPost app, email or SMS (if your parcel has been successfully matched to your MyPost account). If not, Australia Post will leave a card with parcel collection details. 

 

COVID-19 Update

Our online store is OPEN for business and delivery is available Australia wide!

Please be aware that due to COVID-19, Australia Post is currently experiencing a very high volume of parcels and there may be shipping delays out of our control.

To help protect the health of your family and our delivery partners, signatures for home delivery will not be required. Our team is diligently following health and safety procedures when packing your order, this includes upholding general hygiene practices and frequently cleaning surfaces. Refunds & Returns

CHANGE OF MIND

Please read all listings carefully, the measurements of all crystals and products are included in the product descriptions. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on crystal characteristics or change of mind. Due to the limited availability and rarity of most crystals, all sales will be final.

As crystals are natural stones, each one is unique and may vary in shape, colour, size and characteristics (including natural markings, pits, fissures etc.). Crystals may vary from the images provided, which are there to provide a general representation of the quality, colour and sizing we offer. Every stone is special and unique, with its own beautiful colour and characteristics.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We want to ensure you are happy with your order & your crystals! We take the utmost care to carefully inspect and pack your items so they get to you safely.  In the rare event that your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@innernurture.com.au so that we can rectify the situation. Please include your name, order number and pictures of the damaged items and we will do our best to make things right (note this does not apply to unique crystal variations as above).

You will be required to return the item, via a trackable shipping method, and upon receiving and inspecting the item we will process your return. We will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. If you would prefer, we can also issue a refund or store credit so you can purchase something that calls to you.

For refunds, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, certain items may be out of stock and the corresponding product page may not have been updated. You will be notified via email and you will have the option of a refund or waiting for your item to be re-stocked and sent out to you.
