How to Work With Your Pendulum
A pendulum is a beautiful tool for connecting with your intuition, exploring your intentions and creating moments of stillness and reflection. It can be used during meditation, spiritual practices or whenever you want to tune in to your inner awareness.
Hold the pendulum gently by the end of the chain and allow the crystal to hang still. Take a few slow breaths to centre yourself and settle your mind. Begin by asking your pendulum to show you a “yes” response, observing how it moves, then ask for a “no” response and notice the difference.
Once you become familiar with its movements, you can begin asking simple yes-or-no questions. Keep your questions clear, approach your practice with a calm and open mind, and allow yourself time to become comfortable with your pendulum.
