How to work with your crystal kit:
To work with your crystals, you can intuitively select one to carry with you throughout the day, depending on what you need. You can also sit with them in meditation and/or place them in areas of your home or workplace that you spend time in, to allow the energy to bring balance, calm and healing. 

For self healing, find a quiet space to lie down, place the corresponding crystals on each chakra, and gently fall into a meditative state, allowing the crystals to do their work. Your Palo Santo is there to cleanse your energy and create a sacred container for healing and transformation.
